Terms of Service

Every job is quoted before work begins, on the phone or at the door. The quoted price covers the described work and holds unless you ask for additional work, which is quoted separately before it is done. We do not publish a price list because every door and every failure is different.

The service call is $79 and covers the trip, the inspection, and the quote. It is waived when you approve a repair during the same visit. If you decline the repair, the service call is due at the visit.

Same-day service is offered during business hours (7am to 7pm, Monday through Saturday) and depends on availability and your location within our service area. We give you an arrival window and call if it changes. You can cancel or reschedule at no charge any time before we leave for your home.

Payment is due when the work is complete, in person. We do not take deposits or payments through this website.

Every repair includes a 1-year labor warranty on every repair. Standard torsion springs carry a 3-year warranty and high-cycle springs carry a 7-year warranty against breakage. Warranties cover the parts we installed and our workmanship, and warranty service is provided at no charge within our service area. They do not cover:

• Damage from vehicle impact, misuse, or weather events.
• Work performed by other parties after our repair.
• Parts we did not replace, including the original door panels, tracks, and opener components.
• Additional damage caused by running the opener on a door with a broken spring, a snapped cable, or a panel off its track.

Please provide access to the garage, keep children and pets away from the work area, and tell us about any known issues with the door or opener before we start.

To the extent permitted by Texas law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as loss of use of the garage.
