ATX Garage Door Pros is an owner-operated garage door repair company based in Austin. The person who answers your call is the person who shows up and does the work.
I started ATX Garage Door Pros because garage door repair in Austin has a reputation problem. Too many homeowners get one number on the phone and a very different one at the door, from a technician who’s paid on commission to sell a new door. I run it the opposite way: you get an upfront price before any work starts, that price holds, and if I can’t fix it on the first visit I’ll tell you why and what it will take.
It’s one truck, and I keep it stocked: torsion springs in the sizes Austin doors use, lift cables, rollers, bearings, safety sensors, and the drive gears, trolleys, boards, and remotes for LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, and Craftsman openers. That’s why most repairs are finished the same day I’m called.
I work 7am to 7pm, Monday through Saturday, across Austin and the cities around it. If your door is stuck, call before 5pm and you’ll have a time window today.

Three rules on every job.
The quote comes first
You hear the price on the phone or at the door before any work starts, and that’s the price you pay. If I find something else once I’m in there, I stop and ask.
Fixed on the first visit
The truck is stocked for the doors and openers in this area, so almost every repair is finished the day you call. If a part has to be ordered, you’ll know before I start.
Backed in writing
1-year labor warranty on every repair, with 3-year warranty on standard springs and 7-year warranty on high-cycle springs. If something I installed fails, I come back and make it right.
